Limited warranty
1 year on the film.
BEAK Automotive warrants the film in our kits to be free of defects in materials and manufacture, such as peeling, bubbling, cracking or fading to purple, for 1 year from the date you bought it.
What's covered
- Film or adhesive with a defect from when it was made
- Peeling, bubbling, cracking or fading to purple caused by a defect like that, once the film is installed and fully cured
What isn't
- Installation mistakes: trapped dust or hair, creases, stretched film, lifted edges from poor cleaning or rolling a window down before the film cured
- Scratches, nicks and tears from rings, seat belts, cargo or ice scrapers
- Damage from ammonia or other harsh cleaners, abrasive pads or razor blades used on the film
- Misuse, accidents, vandalism and broken glass
- Rear defroster lines damaged when installing or removing film
- Film applied over damaged, repaired or aftermarket glass, or over old tint or adhesive
- Tint that doesn't meet the tint law where you live. Choosing a legal shade is up to you
What we do
We'll send replacement film for the affected windows. That's the remedy under this warranty: it doesn't include labor, a refund, or damage to the vehicle.
Who it covers
The person who bought the kit from us. It doesn't transfer if you sell the car.
Making a claim
Email support@beakauto.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and roughly when you installed the kit. We'll respond within two business days.
Wear from age and everyday use isn't covered. Neither is damage from outside forces, such as harsh cleaners or solvents, extreme heat or cold or sudden swings between them, misuse, collisions and other accidents, fire, hail and floods.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
